Position Summary
This company is seeking a customer focused Plumbing and Sales and Service Consultant to join their dedicated team. The Plumbing Sales and Service Consultant will attend to clients providing a high level of customer service and assist them with their needs. You will be provided your own company vehicle and travel around all suburbs of Sydney. You will start your day from your home and return to your home at the end of the day. Once a week, you will be required to attend the head office in Strathfield once a week for on-going training and meetings.
Your tasks will include but not limited to:
- Attend residential properties
- Assess & diagnose the problem or job at hand
- Provide quotations
- Rectify the problem and/or complete an installation
About you
- Worked previously as a plumber or very handy with plumbing repairs
- Knowledge of plumbing parts and tools
- Proactive and self-driven
- Hungry to achieve sales
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Supply own hand power tools but not essential
- Hold a driver's licence
- Clean and presentable at all times
- Respectful attitude to customers, employees & suppliers
Skills & Experience - Certificate III or Certificate IV in Plumbing - an advantage but not essential
- Competent at installations, maintenance and repairs with all aspects of plumbing, drainage
- Police and medical check clearance
- Effective communicator, both verbal & written
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
