We are looking for an experienced PMOperations Supervisor to help us drive the right processes across the company and enable business growth. You will champion and help lead the departments’ operational methods and propose ways to improve them. If you are result-oriented and have excellent organisational skills, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will be part of the State leadership team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee efficiency of operational processes
- Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for various functions, including labour planning, bay check, returns, damages, continuous improvement in WMS and RF scanner use and information management.
- Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs
- Monitor and report on department performance
- Provide administrative support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
About You:
You will be an experienced Operations Supervisor who is result-oriented and has excellent organisational skills. Your knowledge and hands-on experience implementing operational processes will be extensive plus you will possess exceptional Project Management skills.
Key capabilities and attributes:
- Previous experience as an Operations Supervisor or similar role
- Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience in Transport Management Systems (TMS)
- Hands-on experience implementing operational processes
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of operational principles and policies
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
