About the job
- Develop and maintain frameworks and artifacts to support the sustainable delivery of strategic initiatives
- Liaise with and support key global stakeholders to help them reach deliverables
- Provide guidance and support on communication and change plans
- Ensure transformation activities are completed effectively (including objectives and OKRs and RAID management)
- Work with Project Managers and Change Managers in the PMO to achieve the goals of 10 strategic initiatives

The PMO Manager will report into the Head of Strategy & Transformation, providing program support and governance across a range of strategic initiatives. They are currently transitioning to a more sustained approach to change, and while they have established some great governance around programs and strategic initiatives, there will still be ample opportunity to make your mark by demonstrating what good governance looks like across ongoing programs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience of working in PMO management role, so you can hit the ground running. You will have solid understanding of project management disciplines preferably within a financial services organization. Experience with large scale, multi-stream global transformation projects will also be a bonus.
