This role involves working in a small team within the policy and compliance division of the company. The primary responsibility is to manage the set up of new and existing policies whilst ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements. It is primarily an administrative position.
Some responsibilities of the role include:
- Handling the administration and onboarding process for new policies
- Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of documentation to meet legislative and regulatory standards.
- Communicating with members and external companies via phone and email regarding policies and obtaining any necessary additional documentation.
- Providing ad hoc support to other departments as needed, based on business requirements.
- Conducting reporting and analysis on existing policies
- Preforming administrative tasks related to current policies, such as adding individuals to policies and monitoring policy payments
- Strong desire to learn and succeed
- Experience of administration working for a private health insurer or within the insurance field.
- Customer focused attitude
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail is required to be successful in the role
- Experience of working with Microsoft office applications.
