As a key player in the logistics industry, our client is committed to shaping the future of logistics and are looking for a talented Airfreight Coordinator to contribute to their Perth operations.
Your New Role:
As an Airfreight Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our client’s operations, handling customer orders, and preparing items for General and Perishable Air Imports and Exports. You will also play a crucial role in the WA Airfreight Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline the processing of air shipments while upholding the highest standard of service.
- Oversee the complete spectrum of airfreight import or export operations, encompassing documentation through to invoicing
- Partner with Australian Customs to facilitate Automated Customs Advice and adeptly address any challenges that may arise.
- Guarantee precise and timely recording of all consolidations, while actively monitoring and updating cargo statuses.
