Due to continued growth, this is a newly created role for a Centre Manager to be responsible for the operations and management of multiple retail properties.
You will galvanise centre performance and be responsible for the delivery of business plan objectives, minimising arrears, maximising property income and continually looking at new ways to add value for our clients.
You will also ensure the properties are well-maintained, address tenant concerns, and manage lease agreements.
A snapshot of the role:
- Providing superior centre management with only the highest level of service to the client
- Delivering best practice in all areas of the business and looking at new ways of doing things to add value to the investment
- Ensuring delivery of the property’s business plan objectives, minimising arrears, maximising property income and actively preparing the delivery of the operating and capital expenditure budgets
- Providing six-star client service, fostering, and maintaining tenant relationships, managing lease expiries, and focusing on active tenant retention
- Complying with all pertinent workplace health & safety requirements
- Overseeing all marketing activities, confirming effective marketing plans are in place
Sound like you?
You will be a true property professional with proven success in shopping centre management, with an in-depth knowledge of the retail sector. You possess excellent client relationship management skills and always look to find a win/ win solution for any challenge you meet.
You can collaborate with various parties, such as property owners, investors, brokers, and contractors. Effective communication and coordination are key to ensuring smooth operations and achieving business goals.
Handling the financial aspects of the portfolio is essential, therefore experience with budgeting, expense monitoring, rent collection, and financial reporting is needed to ensure financial goals are met and costs are effectively managed.
A real estate licence is required or NSW Certificate of registration.
