Activities

• Definition and implementation of the sourcing strategy of IP BE for the gas, power and green commodities portfolio;
• Close monitoring of the Indirect Margin and the team's KPI;
• Management of the PPA activities and definition of the commercial strategy;
• Negotiation of structured and complex products to reduce indirect margin risk;
• Definition of the forecasting roadmap to maintain state of the arts forecasting tools that minimize imbalance costs;
• Contribute to the GRP Strategy exercise in Belgium.

Context & EnvironmentThe portfolio Management & Origination Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for the supply of the power, gas and green commodities portfolio of TotalEnergies Power and Gas Belgium (IP BE) and in The Netherlands. He is also responsible for the PPA activities, the hedging and structuring of complex products to limit the Indirect Margin risk of IP BE and the Short Term forecasting of the portfolio. He has many internal interactions with a.o. the Short Term Power, PIM, Trading or other Energy Management teams within IP but also with external counterparties (TSO, competitors, local energy producers, reinsurance companies, etc.).
