Your Opportunity.
As an Account Director at Thrive Melbourne you will play a key senior role on some of the agency’s most prestigious and highest profile brands in the world across both consumer and corporate public relations.

- You will sit on Thrive’s local Senior Leadership Team where you will be exposed to the inner workings of the agency, learn how to achieve commercial goals and influence the agency and team’s success.
In this role you will have the platform to step into challenging new opportunities as they arise across the agencies putting your hand up for passion projects and new business efforts.
Managing a team & clients.
- Mentor some of the smartest PR & social consultants in the country while managing a small number of clients who respect and value the work we do.
- Proven success in proactive client counsel, spontaneous with ideas, a great writer and will invest time growing your network and leveraging the extensive community around Thrive.
- You love keeping your finger on the pulse with daily news, be a media relations guru with exceptional experience delivering campaigns with technology and news journalists along with broadcast media and new independent media outlets.
- You will also love the thrill of delivering high profile events with influencers and integrated social/digital.
- Desire to be curious to learn more about running teams and being involved in new business pitches, will love ideating to challenge BAU on accounts, and will have an appetite for learning new strategic and creative skills including a genuine interest in protecting and building brand reputations.
