About you
The Practice Manager provides quality services to Doctors and patients ensuring daily operations are delivered efficiently and effectively. The role leads the reception and nursing teams to provide a range of services to the community, as well as managing financials and patient records.
Skills
- Proven background in leadership and practice management
- Have a can do attitude and are able to mentor a high performing team
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop quality working relationships
- Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
- Knowledge of Medicare processes and applications
- Strong IT skills and experience managing confidential material
