Boasting a diverse mix of expertise, we provide both traditional business advisory services and virtual CFO support to a broad range of clients.
We are currently looking to appoint a Practice Manager to join the team and help consolidate our work practices and ensure we have the support structures in place to achieve our growth ambitions.

What does a typical day look like?
This full-time opportunity is guaranteed to keep you engaged and challenged. On any given day you will be responsible for:
- Driving the development and implementation of clear, consistent policies and procedures across the business.
- Overseeing daily office operations including third party providers and troubleshooting office-related issues that may arise.
- Working collaboratively with external HR support services to manage operational HR matters including managing payroll.
- Collaborating with the leadership group to support their administrative needs.
- Driving marketing activities to drive brand awareness.
- Championing initiatives and technology that supports process automation.
The ideal candidate is someone with:
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and demonstrate commercial acumen.
- Sound operational management skills and excellent communication abilities (both written and verbal).
- Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and implement new ways of working and systems.
- Proactive nature. A desire to get on the front foot and consistently look for opportunities for improvement.
