AddressWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our innovative wellness centre near the Sunshine Coast, QLD. This full-time, permanent role is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team of allied health professionals, manage daily operations, and drive business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the wellness centre, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Manage and support a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth and development, including marketing and community engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in practice management within a healthcare setting, preferably in allied health
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management and business development.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of health professionals.
- Proficient in using practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
