ABOUT THE ROLE:
It’s an exciting time at Kinetic IT! Our professional services team is growing, and we are looking for a ServiceNow Practice Manager to join us as we embark on this exciting journey.
This role is centred on achieving success within the ServiceNow team, for our customers and across the company. It involves fostering team members to reach their fullest potential, facilitating their development, and ensuring they are aligned with suitable opportunities.
KEEN TO GET INVOLVED? YOU’LL JUST NEED SOME OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Experience in managing & leading technical teams.
- Awareness of the ServiceNow ecosystem, the product suites, and the value they provide.
- Ability to cultivate strong customer engagement and relationships.
- Account Management and engagement management experience to grow professional service and service integration offerings.
- Skilled in coordinating sales efforts (such as the development of proposals) among various sales teams, consultants, architects, and delivery teams.
- Capability to ensure operational excellence within the Service Integration capability, adhering to industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Exposure to SaaS products, ERP tools, CRM tools.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (DESIRABLE):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- ServiceNow Sales Accreditations
- ITIL Foundations
- SIAM Foundations
- Certification in delivery methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, etc)
