This newly listed, exciting senior role will suit a resourceful and experienced Practice Manager. You will be responsible for the operation of organisational objectives, day to day practice functions, as well as all operational requirements, and HR matters including workforce planning, recruitment and ongoing employee engagement, learning and development and performance reviews.
In addition to the general running of the clinic, the Practice Manager will also perform a range of administrative, reception, clinical, and marketing tasks to promote business and community relationships.

Your Skills and Experience- Previous experience as a Practice Manager for a Health and/or Medical organisation is preferable;
- Certificate IV in Business (Medical Administration) or Health Administration;
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite specifically Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Sound understanding of Medicare, and health fund operational requirements;
- Ability to liaise, advise and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders;
- A professional manner and excellent personal presentation;
- Effective organisation, prioritisation and task management skills;
- Understanding of the importance of privacy and confidentiality laws and regulations;
- Participate in the leadership team and contribute to the achievement of strategic priorities;
- Ensure service is provided to clients in accordance with the company standards;
- Ensuring appointments and payments for services are managed accurately;
- Manage all clerical resources in an effective and cost efficient manner;
- Provide administrative services;
- Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping;
- Assist in development of forms and tools to improve efficiency and risk management;
- Promote, monitor, and participate in all quality improvement activities;
- Manage recruitment and contracting of physiotherapists;
- Manage and lead team of administration staff;
- Undertake employee development, and training;
- Implement Policy and Procedures;
- Facilitate performance management and improvement;
- Confidence with payroll processes and relevant legislation;
- Staff rostering.
