Role Overview:

As the Practice Manager at Flex Clinic, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic. You will work closely with our director, clinical team, administration team and clients to facilitate exceptional patient experiences and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, staff management, and resource allocation. Take initiative to identify areas of improvement in clinic operations and implement solutions for enhanced efficiency.
• Financial Management: Manage budgeting, billing, financial reporting and business analysis.
• Patient Relations: Oversee the patient care experience to ensure exceptional service and patient satisfaction. Address patient concerns and complaints. Build relationships with clients. 
• Compliance: Ensure that the clinic complies with all relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and privacy laws.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold the highest standards of care.
• Technology: Oversee the implementation and optimisation of healthcare technology systems. Proactively explore innovative solutions to streamline processes.
• Marketing:  Assist to promote the business brand and marketing.
• HR:  Review and develop HR policies and procedures. Recruit, train, and supervise staff members. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address any staffing-related concerns. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in clinic or practice management, preferably in physiotherapy healthcare.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in healthcare software and technology.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
