This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager to join our management team to build the long-lasting legacy in neurosciences.
Our perfect candidate is excited by a challenge, can lead a team, and is capable of driving a large group of neurosurgeons, neurologists and other specialists to deliver an exceptional standard of care to our patients. This role is shared within our management team, recognising that leadership is stronger together.
No day will be the same for our new leader who will manage human resources, compliance, financial reporting, our patient database (Genie) and contribute to marketing and IT activities. Our successful candidate will work closely with our organisational teams - theatre bookings, phone hub, reception, triage and contacting, to optimise the patient experience and maintain our reputation as an exceptional healthcare provider.
We are looking for an industry leader with natural empathy, excellent communication skills and both knowledge of the private health system and Medicare. Previous experience managing a specialist practice is an advantage but a passion for delivering world class healthcare, putting patients first and guiding the professional growth of your highly-skilled team is what we value most.
This vital role is well-remunerated and commensurate with high value we place on our future leader. This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
