We are a small but busy sports Physiotherapy Clinic located in Bellbird Park. We currently have 4 physiotherapists. We are a local family owned business that love the community and all the clients we see. We see a variety of clients from workcover, insurance, private, veterans, medicare subsidised and NDIS. Our team is small yet we have an excellent relationship. The atmosphere is fun, vibrant with lots of laughter and good times.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience as a Practice Manager or similar role.
- Experience with Powerdiary software, Nookal and Xero.
- Strong understanding of Medicare, DVA, work cover and health fund operational requirements.
- Strong organisation and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks.
- Accurate management of appointments and payment for services.
- Proficiency in accounting software-Xero.
- Ability to contribute to strategic priorities as part of the leadership team.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage day to day practice functions efficiently.
- Oversee the operation of organisational objectives
- Handle HR matters including workplace planning and ongoing employee engagement
- Perform administrative tasks to support clinic operations.
- Manage reception duties effectively.
- Assist with tasks as necessary
- Contribute to marketing efforts to promote business and community relationships.
- Assist with fortnightly pays

- This is a casual position offering approximately 30 hours per week at a generous rate.
