Practice Manager

Bounce Health Group is a Sports Medicine group that is based in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. We have 4 locations and boast a rich history of high-level care working with Olympic athletes, AFL teams, and Pro Basketball teams - but we also value as much the local patient with a general injury that requires our high-level care. Our team of both clinicians and administration staff are just a fantastic group and we value our amazing team across our 4 clinics. Blackburn - Ringwood North - Rowville - Oakleigh

We are looking for someone to play a critical role in our company operations working closely with our clinical management team.

You will be joining an amazing and warm team in a role that has many facets including working on our financial reconciling, debt collection and working with our bookkeeper and payroll team.  You will also work on staff rostering and assisting the receptionists as needed. Other roles include working with some of our external partnerships - IT, website team & our external pro sports partnerships to name but a few. You will also enjoy working with our senior management team on monthly marketing strategies and company growth strategies. You can also have administration assistants to work on some of the financial aspects of the role

While we have 4 locations and also a new concussion clinic launching in March, the role and a lot of the functionality of Bounce Health is centralised out of our Blackburn office.

This is an exciting position with lots of scope to show your talents and be part of a vibrant group.

• Experience in Medical/Allied health practice management
• Experience in Medical Software programs, hicaps, medicare etc
• Ability to develop monthly rostering for our reception/admin team
• Experience in using programs such as word, excel (in particular) 
• Financial experience working with bank reconciling, debt collection processes and the like
• A real team player and someone who is passionate about working with both a supportive management team and also managing admin staff. 
• Can contribute to marketing, social media and other growth strategies to build the business
• Excellent communicator to drs, physios and other allied health staff and a capacity to manage any conflict/staff issues that may arise.
• Multi-tasking and attention to detail is really important to the role.

• $80-100K based on experience
