Practice Manager – Work from home opportunity

About the role
This role will best suit someone who is highly organised, passionate about great client service and who enjoys working as part of a team to achieve great outcomes.
The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and COO to ensure strong communication lines are open with clients, and best practice workflow management is implemented in house.
The role is newly created, so we want an experienced person, who seeks flexibility while displaying strong accountability, and organisation skills which deliver results.
Main responsibilities
- CEO diary and email management.
- Direct client liaison.
- Proactively managing workflow to remove bottlenecks where possible.
- Being the point of contact to free the CEO up for admin tasks.
- HR Filing and documentation.
- Liaising with the COO to ensure the operations of the organisation run as smoothly as possible.
- Working closely with the COO in improving the systems and processes within the organisation
- Being across the organisational plan and helping to manage progress.
Skills and experience
- At least 3 years in an EA, Client Services Manager or Practice Manager role
- Bookkeeping experience preferable but not essential
- Ability to confidently prioritise workload and triage requests
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional time management
- Strong organisation skills;
- A professional manner, capable of dealing with senior figures in client organisations, plus internal team members;
- A results-oriented approach to your work.
