Drysdale Clinic has been providing the Bellarine Peninsula with healthcare for the past 40 years. A position is available for a Registered Nurse to join us on a casual basis as part of our nursing team. Drysdale Clinic is a busy general practice of 14 GP's with a 5 bed treatment room.
The ideal candidate for this position would be a registered nurse (RN) with General Practice Nursing experience that thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about providing their patients with the best care possible.
To be eligible for the position candidates must be a qualified Registered Nurse and hold a current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Desirable attributes/experience/qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Practice Nurse
- Nurse Immunizer certification
- Experience with wound management
- Experience with IV cannulation
- Team player attitude but can also work autonomously.
- Caring, hardworking, positive attitude
- Passionate about healthcare
- Working with Children Check
- Current CPR certification
- Experience with Best Practice computer software
- Availability to work shifts Monday - Friday.
