We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse motivated to join our team and contribute to the enhancement of our nursing services. A team player who is also able to work independently with a focus on efficiency and patient outcomes.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
- Treatment room management
- Maintaining the recalls and reminders system
- Chronic disease management
- Health assessments
- Immunisations
- Wound management
