Our PracticeHill Street Heath Hub is a leading multi-disciplinary health facility for a permanent Practice Nurse to join our clinical team. There is opportunity for future growth included leadership and management responsibilities. We have 5 GPs working in a purpose built facility that is located directly opposite Roseville train station.

- Excellent communication skills and a strong interest in learning
- Pro-active and the ability to learn things quickly.
- Completion of Immunisation Certificate preferable
- Experience with chronic disease management and wound care.
Position is for a permanent part-time position.
