Role Overview:
As the Engagement Lead / Account Manager / Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving client engagement, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing team of consultants. Your primary focus will be on building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing strategic guidance to ensure the successful delivery of our technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients in the financial services industry, understanding their business goals, challenges, and technology requirements.
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive business growth, expand our service offerings, and increase client satisfaction.
- Lead the end-to-end project delivery process, ensuring project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry, selling and delivering technology solutions.
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the financial services landscape, including banking, insurance, wealth management, and capital markets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships, drive business growth, and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading teams and managing client engagements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, or cloud computing is a plus.
