Form of workThis is a great opportunity for employees keen to change career & learn all facets of precast concrete production under the guidance and supervision of experienced team leaders.
Suitable employees have the opportunity to be offered permanent employment after 6 months.
The successful applicants will work in 6 - 7 person crew.
Some daily tasks include:
- Concrete patching and remediation
- Cleaning and oiling of moulds
- Placing or reo bar / cages
- Concrete Pouring and setting procedures
- Use of hand and power tools
- Construction of bridge super T beams
- General site clean up.
What we need from you?
- Be willing to complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Demonstrated labouring experience
- Must have an OH&S Construction Induction card (White Card)
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment outdoors
- Ability to follow instruction.
- High regard for safety
You will receive above award wages, in line with sites EBA including bonuses for safety and attendance.
