The Nicholas Street Precinct is the key redevelopment enhancing the Ipswich CBD by introducing new infrastructure, services, and amenities. The ultimate objective is to foster economic growth, activate the Precinct, and enhance commercial value both within the Precinct itself and across the broader Central Ipswich area.
The Precinct is a vibrant hub that brings together culture, arts, food, retail, and community events. Some of the highlights of what you can find in this dynamic space includes an eclectic marketplace from local artisans to unique retail experiences, dining delights, future entertainment heart and endless possibilities inviting curiosity to meet culture in the heart of Ipswich.
We are seeking a dynamic Precinct Operations Manager to manage the properties and facilities within the Precinct and provide specialist advice related to their management and operations to senior management. You will have a focus on maximising service delivery potential and ensuring facilities are operated and maintained in a cost-effective manner while managing relationships with tenants and external stakeholders.

This is a fixed term position until March 2025, level 8 with a salary commencing at $121,294 plus superannuation of up to 12.5%.
