What you will be doing:
This position requires a dedicated and passionate leader responsible for the Centre in all aspects of the overall operations and management, as well as:
- Leading, organising, supporting, developing, and motivating staff.
- Providing pedagogical leadership to ensure quality care and educational programs.
- Reviewing and making changes the program to meet the ongoing needs of the children.
- Upholding and implementing the center’s philosophy, policies, and procedures.
- Monitoring and complying with all relevant legal and statutory requirements.
- Management of budgets and resources effectively.
- Working and encouraging families to contribute to the center’s quality and success.
- Working collaboratively with the centre committee to deliver the best possible outcomes for children, families and our community.

What you need:
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Management or leadership experience in a childcare setting
- Full permanent Australian work rights
- A current WWCC, Police Check & all other basic certifications to be compliant in a childcare setting
