Client Liaison Consultant - $70K-$80K + Super

The Company:

The Opportunity:
As a Client Liaison Consultant, you will be a crucial link between the company's clients and the construction team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle, from initial consultation to project completion.
You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our internal teams, including sales, design, and construction, to ensure seamless project delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant residential industry experience
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail skills
• Organisation and time management skills
• A proactive attitude to your work
