Responsibilities:
Forge Strong Connections: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Showcase Expertise: Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the Mercedes Benz brand portfolio.
Deliver Unforgettable Experiences: Conduct thorough vehicle presentations and exhilarating test drives.
Offer Customization Guidance: Provide expert advice on customization options and features.
Manage Sales with Excellence: Oversee the sales process from start to finish, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate and Conquer: Work effectively with the sales team to hit individual and team targets.
Skills & Experience:
Prestige Sales Experience: Proven success in prestige automotive sales or luxury retail industries is a plus but not essential.
Exceptional Communication: Top-notch negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Customer Service Focus: Strong dedication to building relationships and offering exceptional service.
Driven and Motivated: High level of self-motivation and a target-driven mindset.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Flexible Schedule: Availability to work a 10-day fortnight, including Saturdays on a rotating roster.
