An exciting full-time sales opportunity is now available, Reporting to our Head of Sales - MICE & Entertainment. This sales role will join our dynamic Group Sales and Partnerships Team with a focus on continuing the growth of the Country Club Tasmania's future Conference & Events business. We want you to bring energy, inspiration and a passion for solution selling.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Ability to work as a team in developing a sales strategy to source, establish and convert sales opportunities for a profitable outcome
- Demonstrated ability to recognise and act on potential sales opportunities
- Demonstrated track record in lead generation and sales conversion
- Strong experience in growing and maintaining sales portfolios and optimising and retaining client / stakeholder networks
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long term mutually beneficial relationships
- Flexibility and maturity in approach to your work
- Experience in the Tourism and Hospitality sector would be an advantage
- Demonstrated alignment to our Federal Group values.
