Pricing Analytics strategies as well as assisting the EM MA&A in new analytical capabilities scoping and development.
What you'll do- Actively motivate, develop, coach and engage team members to drive results and create a high performing team
- Create a plan to drive performance of the team and deliver team results against objectives and goals
- Successfully balance deliverables with staff training and development of technical modelling expertise
- Actively collaborate across the Division and Function to support the achievement of objectives
- Contribute to the development and operationalization of the strategic plan for MA&A
- Manage multiple analytics projects across the team to deliver successful business outcomes
- Create an environment where talented analytics professionals thrive
- Create appropriate modelling/analytics peer review processes and modelling/analytics standards for staff
What you'll bring- Relevant degree in Actuarial Studies, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Econometrics Commerce or related field
- Knowledge and experience in using SAS, Excel, and relational databases and other programming languages such as Python, C, R, VB is advantageous
- Proven experience in analytics within financial services businesses
