Pricing Manager

The Pricing Manager is located within Product and Pricing and is responsible for the implementation of pricing.
Do work that matters:
In this exciting and high profile role your main responsibility will be to provide support to pricing decisions, you will provide analysis and modelling expertise to support pricing proposals - including regular competitor analysis. You will also be responsible for the implementation of rate changes across business and retail. Key to success will see you building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders from Bankwest, CBA Group and third parties.
The Pricing Manager also plays an active role in enhancing the customers experience and manages relationships with key customers, third parties and other stakeholders such as Technology and Finance.
On any given day you will be responsible for

• Managing the Pricing mailbox
• Managing pricing projects and initiatives
• Managing BAU pricing activities-eg Newspaper ad reviews
• Maintaining pricing calculators
• Maintaining the SOP for pricing implementation changes
• Managing Business and Retail Rate changes
• Managing Business and Retail Fee changes
• Competitor comparison analysis

We're interested in hearing from people who possess a combination of the below:

• Expertise in financial services
• A good level of Global Markets business knowledge including
• Strong financial and numerical skills
• Creative and innovative approach to work with the vision to run own business in constraints of organisational driver
• PC literacy, advanced excel skills including VBA and SQL experience
• Knowledge of bank operating systems – Desirable
• End-to-end Project Management across multiple projects- Desirable
• Home Loan fees/GLS experience (preferred)
• Batchelor of Commerce or Tertiary qualification in a business related field- Desirable
