About the opportunity:
This is a pivotal role in which you will be accountable for shaping the Quote to Cash function's approach to operations support and continuous improvement for sales & pricing operations support.
Your responsibilities will be wide including leading five key operational support areas on a daily basis i.e. Sales Support, Pricing Support, Training, Service Excellence and Quality with a focus on building and leading an operational support team to service the business units, improve customer experience, enhance employee satisfaction and reduce costs.
You will also assist in the development of business specific CI frameworks, tools and methodologies as well as building a business intelligence solution and a roadmap for systems and process improvements. You will work collaboratively across the ANZ business - proactively solving problems whilst continuously investing in and engaging with the operations support team across sales & pricing.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred)
- Extensive experience at leading large operational pricing, quote to cash and related support teams ideally within related industry sectors
- Strong change and continuous improvement leadership experience within both onshore and offshore shared services environments
- Extensive transformation & Continuous Improvement experience and expertise
- Experience managing in an outsourced shared services environment especially in emerging markets
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Strong administration and analytical skills
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills
- Self-motivated and outcomes-orientated with a passionate ‘can do'/adaptable mind set
