Primary Care / General Practice Short Term Contract

On behalf of our client, Caring for You has a fantastic 3-4 month SHORT TERM assignment opportunity for a Senior Practice Nurse across Priority Primary Care Centres.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria: 

• Ability to commit to a 3–4-month term (Mon- Fri)
• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (without conditions/notations)
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership position within the GENERAL PRACTICE/PRIMARY CARE setting.
• Demonstrated experience in leading clinical teams to ensure safe and high-quality patient-centred care that upholds organisational values, policies & procedures.
• Confident and competent in all areas of GENERAL PRACTICE/PRIMARY CARE nursing
• Proficient in the use of Best Practice Software
• Recency of practice
• Willing to work across 3 sites (Frankston, Sandringham and Prahran)
• Working with Children’s Check
• Police Check (without disclosable outcomes) OR willing to obtain.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID 19 and Influenza
• ASAP start

 Shift times are negotiable (0800-1600 or 0900-1700) with the occasional 1400-2200 as required.
