Job description

The purpose of this position is to advise, implement and manage processes related to QBCC’s strategy development and operationalisation, and performance reporting.

Key Outcomes and Accountabilities  

The aim of this role is to:

  • Actively participate, and take a lead role when required, in the development, implementation and review of strategic, operational planning, and performance reporting activities, policies, processes and frameworks to meet organisational needs.
  • Manage key strategic and operational planning processes, including the regular review of performance indicators against outcomes desired.
  • Lead the development and preparation of QBCC's annual, quarterly, and other required performance reports.
  • Actively participate and take a lead role when required, in specific initiatives that leads to the improvement of QBCC's strategy, planning and reporting activities.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management and staff on planning and reporting activities in accordance with Queensland Government frameworks and processes.
  • Represent the team on relevant planning and reporting issues where required.
