The Role
This is a new position within Programmed Skilled Workforce; therefore we are open to hiring an experienced and successful Perm Biller ready and capable of taking a next step of leading a team. Reporting to the General Manager - NSW, your primary focus will be as a billing manager leading a team of Permanent Recruitment Consultants who are recruiting across various industrial disciplines including Logistics, FMCG, Manufacturing and Trades. The Principal Consultant will be capable and confident leading by example knowing you will be well supported and developed by a very experienced leadership team across the NSW region. You will continuously focus on growing and upskilling your team, generating new business, maximising opportunities within existing customers, whilst adhering to compliance, processes, and data integrity.

- Visit prospect and existing clients to promote our brand and generate placements
- Organic growth of existing client relationships
