Operating within the Organisational Development Team, Human Resources, you are responsible for providing high-level advice, analysis, reporting, project management and thought leadership for human resources activities, particularly those around culture, leadership development, capability and engagement, across the Department of Regional Development, Manufacturing and Water (DRDMW). You will deliver key projects including but not limited to, leadership and management development, entry pathway programs, mentoring, performance management and other organisational development activities. You will be required to review key areas of work and provide recommendations for business improvements.
