Principal Contracts Advisor
- CBD Location. Hybrid Working Environment (50/50)
- 12 month fixed term contract
- $150,000 - $160,000 package (package = base + super combined)
Energy infrastructure group. Broad role working across various portfolios across the group.
Our client is a leading energy infrastructure company. As Principal Contracts Advisor, you will be responsible for providing effective contract management and procurement support across goods and services.
About the role:
- Establishing and negotiating new contracts
- identifies and creates opportunities for cost reduction and value adding
- Establishing and renewing preferred supplier arrangements
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective provision of goods and services, and providing support for specific customer and supplier needs
- Ensuring the correct allocation of cost centres / network numbers for all goods and services
- Ensure that SAP orders are in place to cover all service contracts to manage costs and improve the invoicing process
- Deliver all contract commitments and obligations in accordance with the Contract Management Plans and the terms and conditions of our third party contracts
- Improve processes and procedures to promote continuous improvement to add value, meet and exceed internal customers' expectations
- Ensure compliance to third party contract requirements
- Control of plant and equipment fleet
About you:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- At least 5 years' experience in contract negotiation and administration
- Desirable: resources sector experience
