About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:
- Experience in leading a small team to deliver quality HR services to multiple clients. • At least three (3) years of relevant experience working in generalist HR or People and Culture roles, preferably as a business partner. Previous experience in the public sector is advantageous, but not required.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills that show experience liaising with, influencing and providing advice to employees at all levels.
- Expert knowledge of HR best practice across one or more sub-disciplines including industrial/employee relations, organisational development, talent acquisition, workplace health and safety, and diversity and inclusion.
- Well-developed written communication skills in the preparation of complex and sensitive material relating to discipline, employee complains, rehabilitation and other industrial matters.
