We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join us in our pursuit of efficiency and innovation as we revolutionise the business solutions landscape.
We are located in the heart of Brisbane's CBD, just a 5-minute walk from Central Station. Our office is a collaborative environment, shared with two other esteemed companies, StarBMS, and SSKB.
The Position
The Business Development Manager – Australia will drive the growth of our client base by prospecting and targeting potential B2B clients in industries suitable for outsourcing solutions. You'll leverage your expertise to nurture relationships with key decision-makers, conduct needs assessments, and deliver compelling presentations articulating the value of our services. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you'll develop targeted strategies for lead generation and conversion, leading the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture client relationships, understanding their needs and offering personalised solutions.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients, identifying key decision-makers to explore new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the CEO and Executive Manager - Australia to develop effective strategies for reaching target markets, achieving sales goals, and boosting revenue growth.
- Showcase a thorough understanding of our products and services, effectively communicating their value to potential clients.
- Take the lead in negotiations, address objections, and close deals to drive revenue and meet or surpass sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to seize opportunities for business expansion and gain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback, utilising data insights to enhance sales performance.
About You
You will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Other requirements for the role include:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales
- Familiarity with BPO industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
