You will have extensive experience in design, maintenance and operation of transport, Traffic and Civil infrastructure. Post graduate qualifications would be highly regarded.

You will be a manager, that is keen to get out in the business and have a presence and visibility with and for your team. You will be comfortable interacting with the community, councillors and internal stakeholders and responding to their requests.

Renowned as a strong leader, you may be currently working at this level or keen to ‘step up’ and leverage your career in Civil Construction. There is a clear succession plan for this role.

You will have extensive leadership experience leading a team and motivating others to succeed. You thrive on mentoring your team to provide growth and success in their chosen field.

You will have a comprehensive knowledge of design principles, guidelines, relevant documentation, environmental legislation and their application to the design and planning of civil infrastructure matters.
