About the Role
- Develop formal and comprehensive funding applications, briefings, project plans, budgets, supporting estimates, records and registers (addressing the scope, range of tasks, deliverables, milestones, organisational change requirements, quality reviews, issues, risks and benefits), ensuring all relevant stakeholders are adequately involved in their production.
- Develop and provide expert and technical advice to stakeholders regarding service development activities for the initiatives consistent with Metro South's strategic direction, the Queensland Health PM approach and compliance with Queensland Health and Metro South policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage, influence, negotiate, provide advice and develop close and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders on key and complex project issues through regular liaison and communication in order to reach a resolution.
- Research, analyse, interpret, prepare, maintain and disseminate timely, high quality project information throughout the project lifecycle by producing project plans, options analyses, status reports, issue logs, risk register, evaluation reports and completion reports.
