The Role:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will establish our Facilities Management presence in the market. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and post-placement care, you will cultivate and maintain strong client relationships. Proactively identifying and engaging top-tier talent, you will collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
Your proven relationship-building skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for driving business growth will make you thrive in this position. Your daily structure will serve as the blueprint for weekly, monthly, and quarterly triumphs. About You:
- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter in Facilities Management Recruitment
- Demonstrated success in recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
