Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for:
- Working in field directly with business owners to understand and determine their H&S requirements.
- Creation of applicable tailored documents which can include SWIMs, SOPs, handbooks and policies.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will ideally:
- You will be an individual who thrives in a learning environment.
- You will be able build rapport easily and become a trusted advisor to the Client utilising your H&S knowledge to ensure they are compliant.
- A minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a H&S role is essential as is Cert IV in H&S and High-Risk exposure is required.
- You will need to have strong PC skills and salesforce exposure is advantageous.
- As this a field-based role, a valid driving licence and access to a car is essential.
