The Queensland Government Customer and Digital Group's (QGCDG) focus is to grow a thriving digital economy in Queensland, and enable more responsive, simple, and effective services for all Queenslanders. They provide strategic and policy leadership for Queensland Government on digital, customer experience and service delivery matters. They also support agencies with design management, capability development, corporate shared services, and customer service channels.
CITEC Enabling Services, part of QGCDG, leads the architectural design, product and service management, stakeholder engagement, project management, risk management, vendor management and ITSM practice primarily to enable the delivery of CITEC services to our portfolio of clients.
Why your role mattersThis position requires you to partner and establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support the development, implementation, coordination and facilitation of Risk and Assurance functions, performing technical IT Audits and supporting the ISO27001 implementation.

You will play a pivotal role in implementing, coordinating and supporting Information Technology (IT) assurance reviews, including Information Security Management System (ISMS), to strengthen our compliance with mandatory requirements and legislative obligations.
