About the Role
- Collaborate in furthering MSH's Risk and Compliance management agenda by helping to ensure that Risk and Compliance management is embedded into the organisation's corporate culture and are reflected in MSH's day-to-day operations.
- Lead day-to-day compliance management, including maintenance of the central legislation register, schedule, webpage, conflict of interest and lobbyist registers.
- Support the continuous improvement and development of Metro South Health's (MSH) risk management and Compliance frameworks, regular reporting on MSH's strategic, organisational and operational risks, and Compliance status, to MSH senior management and Executive.
- Identify and support opportunities for enhancing the use of Risk and Compliance systems throughout MSH by participating in the development, update and review of Policy & Procedures, Business Rules, specific guides and training materials and other improvement opportunities to ensure the systems meet the needs of the business and end users.
