As they continue to grow, TalentWeb is seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Principal Structural Engineer to join our client's dynamic team in the North Shore. 

In this leadership role, you will:

• Provide expert Structural Engineering leadership across all project phases, from feasibility studies to detailed design
• Manage and mentor a team of Structural Engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
• Champion best practices in Structural Engineering, ensuring all projects meet the highest safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, and other disciplines to deliver integrated design solutions
• Lead the development of complex structural calculations and analysis for a wide range of industrial facilities
• Play a key role in business development, contributing to proposals, presentations, and client meetings

To be successful, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Principal Structural Engineer within the industrial sector (minimum 10 years)
• A strong understanding of relevant building codes and industry standards 
• Expertise in structural analysis and design software 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• A passion for innovation and a commitment to sustainable design principles
