We have a Reception/Admin support position available for an immediate start. This is an exciting varied role and one of our most important roles as you will the first point of contact for our clients. You will be assisting the property management and sales departments with the view to career progression if desired. One of the part-time roles does include Saturday work although this is not a full day.
For this role you must have a minimum of the following:
- Excellent computer skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Good capabilities with the Microsoft suite and general computer use
- Communicate in an effective and professional manner
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work
- Previous administration experience in a property management department desirable but not essential
- Impeccable presentation and phone manner
- Time management skills.
