Your opportunity
We are currently seeking a Print and Delivery Supervisor to support the Print and logistical requirements within the Scentre Group Support Office and Westfield Centres in Australia and New Zealand. This is your opportunity to join a leading organisation and make a significant impact!
A snapshot of your role:
- Partner Management: Ensure we have the best partners in place with market-tested rates.
- Courier and Mail Services: Organise all incoming and outgoing couriers/mail, arranging distribution or collection.
- Print Requests: Handle requests for business cards, posters, booklets, and laminating.
- Expense Management: Oversee invoicing, invoice coding, and Concur expenses.
- IT Equipment Management: Accept incoming IT equipment, enter ticket numbers, review, alert customers, and close tickets.
- Consumables Ordering: Order milk and other consumables, and monitor stock levels of stationery.
- Ad Hoc Office Support: Perform additional office support duties as needed.
