Private Support Worker

Opportunity to join a small team supporting a man living in Crystal Brook to manage his daily living activities at home and in the community including personal care, domestic support, shopping, cooking, community access, transport support and attending the gym. Must have Police Clearance and references. Experience preferable.

Shifts required are Mon 11am - 3pm, Tue 4.30pm - 9.30pm Thurs 11 - 3pm. Rates Day $35.50, Even $46.00 - Answer all questions and upload CV/Resume to be considered for interview
