Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 3 years probate experience handling own files
- Smokeball (preferred) but happy to train
- We may consider a junior lawyer who has proven probate experience
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage probate files for the practice
- Must be familiar with Redcrest
- Prepare all documents and correspondence with minimal supervision
- Provide costs estimates and invoicing
- Lots of client contact
