This iconic WA company have an urgent need to find two highly experienced Process Control Engineers. You will be tasked with designing, developing, new control systems at one of their minesites. The role will also include supporting their control system assets including PLC's, servers, network and communication equipment and associated devices.

Senior Process Control Engineer
Qualifications and skills required:
- 10 years experience in the mining/material handling/processing industry
- Experience with control system software and programming (GE/Emerson Machine Edition/PPS, Cimplicity SCADA, Proficy Historian, Proficy Change Management, Seimens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley RSLogix 500/5000, Schneider Unity Pro, GE/Emerson HMI) (Essential)
- Control system hardware (RX3i, RSTi I/O, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider) (Essential)
- Experience with Industrial communication protocol (Profibus/Profinet, EGD, Modbus, Ethernet/IP) (Essential)
- Strong understanding of IEC 61131-3 PLC programming languages (LD, FBD, ST, IL and SFC (Essential)
- Instrumentation and ELV knowledge (Desirable)
- Strong understanding of PLC programming data structures (UDFB, UDT) (Essential)
Process Control Engineer
Qualifications and skills required:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Electrical Engineering, mechatronic or similar
- 3-5 years' experience as Process Control system engineer in fixed plant/mining, with strong development and commissioning background
- Working knowledge of mineral processing plants and balance machines
- Preferred GE/Emmerson PLC Programming experience or extensive experience with other PLC brands
- Basic knowledge of Functional Safety Standards such as AS 61508, AS 62061: 2006, IEC 62061
- Good knowledge of GE CIMPLICITY SCADA software or extensive experience with another package
- Good knowledge and experience with process instruments
- Experience with Control system design and Profibus diagnostics skills (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and continual improvement focus
